A creative strategist with expertise in art/design. His passion for meeting and interacting with consumers landed him in a sales job after college without even knowing what words like “consumers, brands & strategy” meant.

He then moved to marketing, brand management, art direction and eventually climbed to become the creative director in reputed agencies. Advertising happened by accident, but he soon discovered that this is where he belongs, to nurture his and other people’s talent. Besides looking deeply at the computer screen, he paints, plays many instruments and builds stuff – things he inherited through genes.

He’s been fortunate to have worked with some of the leading agencies like Ogilvy, Mudra, Contract, RK Swamy BBDO and learnt the art of advertising from the giants. He has also been a part of creating award-winning campaigns for some of the most successful brands in India and abroad.

He believes Chill is a culture more than just a creative agency. A culture that believes in appreciation and every team member getting a big chunk of the pie they deserve. The hunger to learn new things every day pushed him to create amazing things over the years and he’s still hungry even after two and a half decades in the business.

A technology whiz with a passion to innovate. He works as an Enterprise Architect building data and machine learning platforms for the legal research market. And a little bit of creative juice made him associate with me. He believes that at the heart of all customer centric brands, effective marketing & branding is involved deeply.

“Goks” as he is fondly called, is a reluctant engineer with an MBA degree. After college, he started out in sales and moved to the digital scheme of things. He is now paid to be on Facebook, which confuses his parents. He has a strong understanding of how brands can capitalise on the right avenues in digital media marketing to drive sales & enhance brand value. In his free time, he plays snooker, bleeds money in poker & drools over fast cars. Oh and he writes only in hash tags.

Padma Mohan

When it comes to dogs, food and general cuteness, Padma is the face of it all! It's a good thing she enjoys talking because a silent account manager is good for nobody! An avid movie and biryani buff, she has given rise to an unofficial rule of sharing 10% of all food with her at all times! With 4 years of agency experience, she is with us now for the long haul and we wouldn't want anyone or anything more! With us she would like to achieve the highest goals for her career and also adopt a dog for us at somepoint.

Mohamed Umar

A gentle giant with a booming voice, his huge stature helps us gather our due payments from our clients on time! He shows interest in politics, sports, music (especially the great AR Rahman). A quick and avid learner, Umar is quickly becoming a star when it comes to our finances and recruitment and the only way for him now is up! His inspiration to keep going is the Kenyan long distance runner, Geoffrey Mutai.

Jothi Prasad Vinayagam

Joe is the newest member of our team. A graphic designer by profession, he is passionate about movies and TV series'. An avid fan of the Sci-fi genre, he aims to direct his own version of Star-Wars one day!
